Since the time we started 4 years ago, we are yet to come across any client who has asked for a refund. We offer unlimited revisions and our designers will design new and innovative designs according to your specific needs till you are satisfied with them. However, if you are still not satisfied you can ask for a full or partial refund (service deduction of 20% is applied).

We finish all works within 48* hours after receiving the final order and payment advance. In case of any disruption, we might need maximum 24* hours additionally.

Once you claim for a refund, it can be processed within 15 working days, upon deduction of 20% -40% services of the payment amount.
