Remaining payment must be completed before final files, website transfer, or project delivery.
Monthly services must be paid in advance according to the agreed billing cycle.
Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of ongoing services.

6. Project Timeline

Picasso Multimedia is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate project information.
Supply logos, text, images, and other required materials.
Ensure they have legal rights to use all supplied content.
Review and approve work within a reasonable time.

8. Revisions

Revision limits depend on the selected service package.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges.

Major design changes after approval may be treated as a new project.

9. Copyright & Ownership

All concepts, drafts, and unfinished designs remain the property of Picasso Multimedia until full payment has been received.

After complete payment:

The client receives ownership of the approved final design unless otherwise agreed.
Picasso Multimedia reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed.

10. Website Projects

For website projects:

Clients are responsible for providing content unless copywriting is included.
Domain names, hosting, premium plugins, themes, stock images, and third-party software are billed separately unless specifically included in the proposal.
Website maintenance is not included unless purchased as an ongoing service.
Any future updates after project completion may require additional charges.

11. Digital Marketing Services

Marketing results depend on many factors including competition, budget, market conditions, and customer behavior.

Picasso Multimedia cannot guarantee:

Specific rankings on search engines
Guaranteed sales
Guaranteed leads
Guaranteed advertising results

13. Refund & Cancellation

Because our services involve creative work and professional time:

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, charges may apply based on the amount of work completed.
Any completed work remains the property of Picasso Multimedia until full payment is received.

14. Intellectual Property

Clients must ensure that all materials provided do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Picasso Multimedia is not responsible for legal claims arising from client-provided content.

15. Confidentiality

We respect your business information.

Any confidential information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

Picasso Multimedia shall not be liable for:

Website downtime
Third-party software failures

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
